It also features facts and history about the university, interesting anecdotes, and personal profiles. Southern Generations Our newest cookbook features food that has always been synonymous with the South, along with family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Many of the cooks featured in the cookbook are mothers and daughters, aunts and nieces, and sisters. Only the best recipes were chosen, so that others may make these recipes a part of their own traditions. All proceeds from cookbook sales benefit the children of Starkville and Oktibbeha County through the Starkville Junior Auxiliary's service projects.
